What's the point?

That's the real question, right? What is the point?

You are here because you either read or write fan fiction. Because you love fan fiction, and because you want MORE. Right?

I've started a trend of fan fiction writers posting their stories to specialized Live Journals. This isn't an uncommon practice, it's huge in the Harry Potter fandom. Now we're just spreading it to the Phil of the Future Fandom. This community will be a sanctionary for you PotF nuts who are looking for more. You writers who are looking for more readers, and you readers who are looking for more stories.

If you join you will be able to post what are basically advertisments for your stories in a place where they will be seen by your audience. Right now, we are few, but hopefully, we'll grow.

There are people who will tell you that Phil of the Future is a little, nothing tv show that will fade away in two years. If it means nothing, why did over 900 people try to download a bootleg copy of the final episode of the second season in the first twenty four hours it was up?

We aren't alone. We just need to find others like us, and hopefully this community can be something of a magnet for PotF fans like us. So join! It's free and all the cool kids are doing it.

I'm Frankie, the Administrator. Feel free to E-mail me or just comment if you have any questions. Otherwise, read the info, and get involved.

Alright, I was thinking about this...I know it's supposed to be LJ-exclusive, but how about getting updates on fics that are posted in other places, too? I know a handful of people who keep track of a couple of fics on ff.net and I'm sure some others would like reading these Phics, too. ;)

...just a suggestion. =P I've been thinking too much lately.
